Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Controller to join our team in Bengaluru and Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in project controls, with a strong background in accounting and finance.

Roles and Responsibility

Understand project commercials and cost management, including budget preparation and resource profiling.
Monitor actual costs and hours against budget, perform earned value analysis, and prepare agreements, change control notes, and invoices.
Follow up with internal clients on approval of change control notes, invoices, and other documents.
Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and support the Project Manager with Business Management System activities.
Develop new dashboards using Power BI with the digital team and assist the Project Manager in daily tasks as needed.
Properly store project data as directed by the Project Manager and ensure use of standard templates and information across all similar projects.
Proactively involve in improving processes through automation and digital delivery practices.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Requirements

BE/BTech or B.Com / M.Com Degree in Accounting/Finance; additional degrees in Finance are advantageous.
Relevant experience working on design consultancy projects.
Strong knowledge of project controls, accounting, and finance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with global teams.
Experience with Agile methodologies and digital transformation is desirable.
