Project Contracts Manager

As a Project Contracts Manager at Adani, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, focusing on effective contract management. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion within budget. - Overseeing contract development, negotiation, review, and execution. - Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies. - Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors. - Ensuring projects adhere to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. - Preparing and presenting project status reports, financial forecasts, and risk assessments. - Contributing to the development and implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures. - Ensuring Adani's brand values are reflected in all interactions to boost brand trust in the market. - Building and leading a high-performing team, setting clear KPIs, and tracking progress for continuous improvement. - Championing a digital mindset within the organization to enhance innovation and competitiveness.
