Job Description

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following: - Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle. - Managing project management documents such as the project plan, schedule or scope statement, as directed by the project manager. - Executing a variety of project management administrative tasks such as billing and bookkeeping and document management. - Undertaking project tasks as required. - Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. - Working with field personnel to handle project issues as they arise. - Liaising with managers and clients to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals. - Reporting project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalating issues according to project work plan. - Serving as the point of communication between company teams and external resources. - Conducting site visits when required. You should be well versed in technical knowledge to effectively carry out your responsibilities.,
