Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (Project & Channel Sales)
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving sales growth by managing key project sales and expanding the channel sales network.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Project and Channel sales.
Identify and establish relationships with architects, builders, developers, contractors, and distributors.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Ensure effective communication and coordination between the project and channel sales teams.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
Expand the dealer and distributor network by onboarding new channel partners.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute promotional campaigns.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Ensure prompt resolution of customer queries and complaints.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new products. Key
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in sales, specifically in project and channel sales within the building material industry.
Strong understanding of building materials such as Tiles, Cement Board, Wooden Flooring, Sanitaryware etc.
Strategic thinker with strong industry connections
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and distributors
Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Strategic planning and business development acumen.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
