Your Role

• Be

  proactive in the market

  : identify opportunities, create leads, and build awareness of ISIR.AI’s products and services.
• Develop

  business strategies

  to expand AI solution offerings and create new revenue streams.
• Serve as both a

  business developer and a technical driver

  – similar to consulting firms where you sell solutions and guide development.

• Develop proposals and commercial offers

  , identify prospective customers, and present collaboration options.
• Lead

  proof-of-concepts (POCs)

  , prepare

  technical reports

  , and work with the team to design and deliver solutions.

• Help enterprises use Generative AI to reinvent their business functions

  for breakthrough innovation and competitive advantage.
• Formulate

  real-world business problems

  into practical, efficient, and scalable AI/ML problems.
• Stay at the

  forefront of GenAI, LLMs, and multi-modal models

  , applying them to real-world use cases and business scenarios.
• Justify the

  value of AI approaches (GenAI, ML, or hybrid)

  and construct methodologies that clearly demonstrate ROI.

• Collaborate cross-functionally

  with users, business owners, engineers, architects, and designers to deliver end-to-end projects.
• Develop and execute

  AI project plans

  , including timelines, team roles, and infrastructure dependencies.
• Define and implement

  value justification frameworks

  : solution cost estimates, ROI, and technology choices.
• Create and maintain

  comprehensive technical documentation

  to capture solution details, knowledge transfer, and IP.
• Engage with

  academic partners

  and provide

  thought leadership

  on AI trends, opportunities, risks, and limitations.

• Travel may be required (0–100%)

  depending on business needs and client requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–7 years of experience

  in

  business development and project management

  , preferably in AI, technology, or consulting.
• Proven track record of

  customer acquisition and delivery ownership

  .
• Strong business acumen with

  solid understanding of AI applications, architectures, and solution components

  .
• Prior experience in a

  dual role (business + technical) in consulting or tech

  is highly valued.
• Ability to

  work independently in a startup environment

  with minimal structure.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a consultative mindset.
