Job Description

As a Project Coordinator at PRIMA Equipment, your primary responsibility will be managing all post-order activities related to Pollution, Safety & Environment Monitoring Equipment. This entails ensuring smooth execution from Order Receipt to Installation & Handover by serving as the central point of contact for customers and effectively coordinating with internal teams. Key Responsibilities: - Receive customer Purchase Orders (POs) and cross-check them with Final Offers, promptly communicating any inconsistencies to internal teams and customers. - Coordinate with Customer & Accounts Team regarding Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) as needed. - Release approved orders to Production, updating project activities and milestones in the project management software. - Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Sales, and Logistics Departments to guarantee timely material readiness and dispatch planning. - Work closely with the Accounts Team for billing, financial documentation, and PBG compliance, while scheduling regular project review meetings. - Act as the primary contact for customers throughout project execution, providing timely updates on project status, timelines, and requirements. - Coordinate pre-installation site inspections & readiness checks with the Service Team, preparing necessary technical, commercial, and statutory documents. - Approve freight and issue dispatch instructions, liaise with Logistics, Installation, and Service Teams for seamless execution, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage. Qualification Required: - Graduate (any stream) or Diploma holders. - 2-5 years of experience in Project Coordination / Order Management / Customer Handling is preferred. - Demonstrated strong communication, follow-up, and multitasking skills. - Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in MS Office and project management software is desirable. - Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work.
