Project Associate

As a Project Associate or Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to develop a detailed project plan and produce key project deliverables. You will ensure that all processes and procedures are completed to meet quality standards, as well as create processes for each project deliverable. Additionally, you will coordinate with end clients to understand the complete requirements of the project and gather final feedback. Your duties and responsibilities will include assisting in initiating the project, carrying out documentation work, and working closely with project managers from kickoff to project closure. You will coordinate with internal team members to define and meet project timelines, compile periodic dashboards, risk and mitigation trackers, and status reports for each project. Your role will also involve delivering quality projects within agreed timelines while adhering to quality systems, processes, and policies as per MedTrix standards. To be successful in this role, you should have 0-3 years of experience in project/product management with the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously. You should possess project management skills to manage multiple projects, assure timely completion of assignments, and be skilled in problem identification and problem-solving. Strong organization and planning skills, attention to detail, and a passion for networking and staying updated with the latest technical/scientific developments are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, and exposure to working in the pharmaceutical or pharmaceutical services industry is an added benefit.
