We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our Conferences Team. The role involves organizing events and supporting our efforts to build the institute’s global presence. Key Responsibilities: *Organize high-quality, high-impact conferences that bring together leading voices from diverse fields and engage a wide-ranging audience. *Coordinate with delegates and their points of contact in the lead-up to each event to ensure smooth communication and logistics. *Make all necessary logistical arrangements for events, including venue setup, travel, accommodation, and on-site support. *Manage end-to-end event planning and execution in an efficient and cost-effective manner. *Streamline the organization of conferences and provide assistance to faculty in hosting webinars, workshops, symposia, and conferences—both nationally and internationally. *Explore and identify potential funding opportunities for conferences through various international programs, in coordination with the existing infrastructure at the Dean’s Office. *Support additional activities at the Office of Global Engagement as and when required. Qualification: * Graduate in any discipline * 0–5 years of experience in event management * Working knowledge of design tools like Canva; familiarity with Adobe tools is a plus.
