Project Associate - International Conference Secretariat

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our Conferences Team. The role involves organizing events and supporting our efforts to build the institute’s global presence.

Key Responsibilities:

*Organize high-quality, high-impact conferences that bring together leading voices from diverse fields and engage a wide-ranging audience.

*Coordinate with delegates and their points of contact in the lead-up to each event to ensure smooth communication and logistics.

*Make all necessary logistical arrangements for events, including venue setup, travel, accommodation, and on-site support.

*Manage end-to-end event planning and execution in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

*Streamline the organization of conferences and provide assistance to faculty in hosting webinars, workshops, symposia, and conferences—both nationally and internationally.

*Explore and identify potential funding opportunities for conferences through various international programs, in coordination with the existing infrastructure at the Dean’s Office.

*Support additional activities at the Office of Global Engagement as and when required.

Qualification:

* Graduate in any discipline

* 0–5 years of experience in event management

* Working knowledge of design tools like Canva; familiarity with Adobe tools is a plus.
