Position: Project Associate

Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in IT application support,
  

• Previous experience in IT roles such as Software Developer or Project Associate.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  

• Knowledge of government projects and familiarity with Central or State
  

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, B.E (Computer Science), or B. Tech in a
  

Skill Set

• Expertise in the SDLC process, including requirements gathering.
• Experience in stakeholder consultation and engagement, ensuring alignment
  

• Familiarity with government IT systems and online services implemented by
  

• Proficiency in creating project documentation, workflows, use cases,
  

• Ability to manage and document meeting outcomes and actionable tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate
  

• Prepare and manage detailed project documentation.
• Document meeting outcomes, define actionable items.
• Create workflows, use cases, wireframes, and prototypes for stakeholder
  

• Collaborate with technical teams to design IT systems that meet user
  

• Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and
  

• Identify and track defects, ensuring timely resolution by coordinating
  

• Develop training materials, user manuals, and guide to support smooth
  

• Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support
