Job Description: Project Associate – Business Process Mapping (Non-IT)

Location: Pune (On-site, Full-Time)

Duration: 6 Months to 19 months (Project-Based)

About the Role:

We are looking for a sharp, proactive graduate or postgraduate fresher who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in business process mapping within the real estate sector. This is a full-time contractual role with one of our clients based in Pune.

You will be responsible for supporting business process analysis, engaging with stakeholders, and documenting workflows using tools like Microsoft Visio. The ideal candidate is a fresher with strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a structured approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and map various business processes within the client organization

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather process-related inputs

• Support the documentation of workflows, SOPs, and process improvements

• Use tools like Visio or equivalent for creating visual process maps

• Practice active listening and clear communication during interactions

• Assist in analyzing gaps and opportunities in existing operations
