Role: HR Consulting Intern

As anHR Consulting Internat Acumen, you will support our clients operational excellence and gain firsthand exposure to consulting and HR practices. This is a structured, hands-on opportunity for students or recent graduates, especially those with a background in Psychology, eager to learn, collaborate, and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist consultants in engaging with clients to understand their operational challenges and provide timely support
• Collaborate with team members to help execute operational initiatives and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Contribute to HR interventions and help deliver measurable results under the guidance of senior team members
• Support the implementation of operational plans and strategies for client projects
• Take notes during meetings, document processes, and develop process flow diagrams
• Gather and assist in monitoring KPIs and Management Information System (MIS) parameters
• Work with cross-functional client teams to identify process improvement opportunities
• Share new ideas that foster a culture of continuous improvement within client and internal teams
• Assist with business development activities, including attending prospect meetings and helping create proposals
• Take on additional tasks as needed to support project teams and meet deliverables
