Project Associate

Position Overview

We are seeking a project Associate to support project management consultancy activities across government and infrastructure projects. The role involves preparing tenders, reports, and estimates while coordinating with ULBs/State/Central Government departments.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in project management consultancy tasks across various infrastructure projects.Prepare high-quality tenders, reports, estimates, and process documentation.Coordinate with government stakeholders for project implementation.Identify project challenges and support effective solutions.Work collaboratively with the team and independently when required.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor or Master degree in Civil/Urban Planning/ Environment.0–2 yeas of experience working with any ULB/State/Central Government in projects related to waste management or environmental infrastructure.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience in documentation, tender preparation, and report drafting.Strong program and task management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD.

Compensation

Salary will be based on experience and aligned with industry standards.
