Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and preferences.
• Prepare design presentations, working drawings, and 3D models.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project teams for seamless execution.
• Ensure designs comply with local regulations, safety codes, and client specifications.
• Monitor ongoing projects for quality control and adherence to timelines.
• Make site visits when necessary for supervision or project evaluation.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent from a recognized institution.

• Experience:

• Minimum

  6 months

  of relevant professional experience in architecture, design firms, or real estate development companies.

• Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural design software.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
• Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
