Key Responsibilities: Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings. Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and preferences. Prepare design presentations, working drawings, and 3D models. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project teams for seamless execution. Ensure designs comply with local regulations, safety codes, and client specifications. Monitor ongoing projects for quality control and adherence to timelines. Make site visits when necessary for supervision or project evaluation. Requirements: Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent from a recognized institution. Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant professional experience in architecture, design firms, or real estate development companies. Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural design software. Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, and construction techniques. Creative thinking and strong attention to detail. Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
