Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Architect with expertise in AutoCAD, 3D visualization, interior design, and site management. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to conceptualize and execute designs, create mood boards, and use tools such as SketchUp to bring ideas to life. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for innovative design and the ability to manage projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs, drawings, and layouts using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Create detailed 3D visualizations and realistic renderings of proposed projects.
• Design and curate mood boards to communicate project concepts and aesthetics effectively.
• Oversee and coordinate on-site project execution to ensure compliance with design, quality standards, and timelines.
• Collaborate with interior designers to plan, design, and furnish interior spaces aligned with project requirements and client preferences.
• Manage design iterations and modifications based on client feedback.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion).
• Strong understanding of interior design principles and aesthetics.
• Knowledge of construction processes and on-site project management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• We require candidate with minimum 10-12 years of experience in Architectural Planning.
