As a potential candidate for the position, you should possess the following key skills and qualifications: Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing and managing large scale projects from start to finish. Your role will involve using your excellent design and CAD skills to produce high-quality work. Additionally, you will need to have a good understanding of rules, regulations, and by-laws related to the projects you work on. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be actively involved in communication channels within the team, with clients, and consultants. Mentoring team members and working on deadlines under pressure will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize excellent design and CAD skills to create innovative project designs - Manage large scale projects from inception to completion - Ensure compliance with rules, regulations, and by-laws - Engage in effective communication within the team, with clients, and consultants - Mentor team members to foster their growth and development - Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in design software such as Sketchup, Photoshop, and Coral Draw - Familiarity with rules, regulations, and by-laws governing projects - Experience in handling large scale projects - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and consultants - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new skills - Flexibility in attitude with a focus on contributing to the company's success - Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines In addition to the skills and qualifications mentioned above, it is preferred if you have expertise in developing individual specializations related to landscape, facade GIS, or BRIM, as well as management skills.
