Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for servicing and maintenance of Laminations Punching Press Tools, Progressive Tools, Notching Tools, and Die Casting Dies. Expertise in troubleshooting, re-sharpening, repairs, and tool life monitoring to ensure uninterrupted production.

Key Responsibilities:

Service and repair stamping press tools, progressive tools, notching tools, and die casting dies
Monitor tool life and coordinate refurbishment/new tool planning
Troubleshoot running tools and perform root cause analysis
Manage spares and ensure tool availability for production
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and PPC teams
Implement ISO 9001 & EMS systems and best practices
Guide servicing team, maintain tool history records, and ensure SOP compliance
Collaborate with Tool Development for improvements and productivity enhancements

Required Skills:

Strong technical knowledge of Laminations Punching Press Tools & Progressive Tools
Experience with large progressive tools with auto-stacking technology
Knowledge of GD&T, engineering drawings interpretation
Ability to work under pressure and lead a team
Familiarity with Kaizen and continuous improvement practices
