Role/ Position OverviewWe are hiring for this position for one of our clients who is driving the development of aKnowledge Management System (KMS) on SharePoint or other platforms, in collaboration withGroup IT, vendor partners, and business stakeholders.The goal is to create a KMS Platform, which is a centralised, user-friendly, and searchablerepository to capture, share, and leverage organisational knowledge across businesses andfunctions.The Program Manager – KMS Project will act as the central coordination point between GroupLearning, Group IT, Vendor Partner, and Business Stakeholders.This role involves driving projectexecution, ensuring technical and functional alignment, tracking milestones, and supporting thetimely delivery of the KMS platform.Key ResponsibilitiesKey Result AreasManage and monitor the end-to-end project management of the KMS platform onSharePoint.Work closely with Group IT, vendor partner, and internal stakeholders to ensure smoothcoordination and on-time delivery.Create the Project plan and track project milestones. Track the dependencies, risks, andissue logs; ensure timely closure of all open points.Support in requirement gathering, documentation, and validation of system functionalities.Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) coordination and ensure feedbackimplementation.Prepare and share weekly project dashboards, timelines, and status reports.Coordinate with the content case study writer team on tracking the case study writing.Support pre-launch, launch and post-launch KMS platform communication andengagement campaigns.Work ExperienceNo. of yrs Nature of work exp. reqd. Others, if any1–3 years 1–3 years of experience in ProjectManagement, preferably in IT / LearningTechnology /Digital Transformationprojects.Experience working with cross-functionalteams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.Prior exposure to SharePoint developmentor implementation projects is an addedadvantage.
