- Program Management:
- Oversee and manage programs across Kotak Life, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with the Operation Manager to drive program success and address any operational concerns.
- Plan and execute programs through all phases of the program lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
- Liaise with Kotak Life teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration and communication.
- Facilitate regular updates and meetings with stakeholders to provide program status and address any issues.
- Develop comprehensive plans and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Track milestones, and deliverables, and ensure resources are utilized efficiently.
- Identify potential risks and issues impacting the program and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to stay within financial and operational constraints.
