15 years full time educationSummary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will manage the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. Your typical day will involve defining project scope, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and communicating with multiple stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, issues, and outcomes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the project aligns with the strategic goals of the organization while fostering collaboration among team members and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Effective Leadership skill and team management. - Experience in managing multiple stakeholders (Exposure to working with client is a plus) - Should have experience in Presenting to Leadership on Financial and Project progress - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies. - Ability to develop and maintain project schedules and budgets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders. - Oversee PMO function for multiple accounts (manage 6+ projects) and work with respective account PMOs to ensure book of work for respective accounts are getting done as per timeline. - Assist PMO team to review/fine tune Monthly Governance presentations for various Governance meetings. - Work with Project Manager, Delivery team to update / share progress on project status to various stakeholders (such as Operations connect, Delivery Excellence connect). - Conduct weekly / daily connect with PMO team members to track progress on key deliverables, and assist in removing blockers for smooth delivery - Work with PMs on effective Headcount management by frequently connecting and assessing headcount needed across accounts and cross utilize headcount as and when needed - Conduct Monthly / Quarterly reviews with PMO team to ensure all PMO processes are effectively followed to ensure compliance. - Work with PMs on effective Headcount management & maintaining key progress trackers/reports by frequently connecting and assessing headcount needed across accounts and cross utilize headcount as and when needed Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5-7 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
