Project Role : Program/Project Management Lead Project Role Description : Manage overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables. Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues and outcomes. Must have skills : Program Project Management Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary for L10:Provide PM support to Enterprise Network initiatives, including but not limited to Life Cycle Management, SEW LCM, and SDWAN, some of the tasks included are: Create reports & track project activities in Smartsheet or any tool used to track progress Provide feedback to the team and follow up on action items Coordinate field site visits for vendors, carriers and/or TSRs Identify issues and escalate to other teams as needed Manage work orders, and work with the field team to schedule the work Validate hardware orders when needed, and ensure inventory is available Validate completions Project Management Skills – at least 3-5 years of experienceTechnical Writing SkillsAbility to manage multiple tasks, complex projects, and short deadlines.Reporting capabilitiesAgile principles.Communication skills.It Network basic knowledgeMust Have:SMax, Smartsheet, PowerBI, Sharepoint, MS Office products Qualifications 15 years full time education
