You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve overseeing the progress of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. You will also be responsible for managing stakeholder expectations and providing strategic guidance to drive successful project outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. Should have influencing and advisory skills. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Manage and lead the execution of assigned programs and projects. Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and deliverables. Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to drive successful project outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional. Experience in leading and managing complex programs and projects. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Knowledge of agile project management methodologies. Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement. Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive informed decision-making. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional. This position is based at our Chennai office.
