Programme Manager

As the District Coordinator for a community-based project in Farrukhnagar, Haryana, your role will involve leading and supporting the district-level team in planning and implementing project activities. You will focus on empowering women and girls, improving their health and nutrition, and ensuring effective project management. Reporting to the Program Manager, Regional Manager, and Deputy Director, your responsibilities will include: - Leading and supporting the district-level team in planning and implementing project activities - Implementing community-based interventions for empowering women and girls and improving their health and nutrition - Developing reports and case studies for documentation purposes - Providing management support in preparing work plans, tracking project progress, and facilitating budgetary allocations - Undertaking field visits to evaluate programmatic activities and mentor the team - Representing the project at stakeholder meetings and developing liaisons with district officials and partners - Coordinating and preparing periodic reports, including MIS for project activities - Establishing coordination between implementation, monitoring, and finance teams - Managing administrative and HR issues of the implementing team when required Skills and Attitude: - Good oral and written communication skills - Strong team orientation - Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision - Energetic, resilient, and passionate - Professional, mature, and confident - Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong user-interaction and coordination skills - Ability to work in a team and good interpersonal skills - Willingness to travel to the project area Expected Salary: The Programme Manager's salary for this position ranges between INR 35,000 to 40,000 per month, depending on experience.,
