What you'll do
As a Programme Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of our Agentic AI platform, a next-generation solution designed to enable autonomous, goal-driven AI agents for customer onboarding. This role will be pivotal in managing complex programme dependencies, and ensuring delivery in a rapidly evolving AI landscape. You’ll identify and manage the governance and controls appropriate to the complexities of the programme and ensure that all the programme deliverables adhere to the agreed governance and risk frameworks.You’ll also:
- Make sure that the delivery of the project outcomes and services from the projects meet programme strategic objectives
- Own, define and manage programme plans, controls and resource plans and status or progress reporting on plans and controls
- Work with the delivery teams to make sure appropriate resources are assigned to deliver the programme
- Build, manage and maintain a positive working relationship with senior stakeholders across multiple franchises and functions, influencing decision making in line with business objectives
- Be accountable for programme level risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies
The skills you'll need
You’ll need an appropriate programme management qualification, and experience of managing and controlling costs to a budget successfully.You’ll also need:
- Experience of programme management within AI, ML, or emerging tech domain
- Familiarity with AI governance frameworks, model lifecycle management, and ethical AI principles
- Strong understanding of Agentic AI concepts, autonomous systems, and intelligent agents
- Knowledge of LLMs, multi-agent systems, or AI orchestration platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and MLOps
- Strong planning and organisational skills
