Programme Associate Resource Mobilization

You will be joining the International Solar Alliance (ISA) as a RM Programme Associate, reporting to the Chief of Unit Resource Mobilization or a designated officer. Your main responsibility will be to provide support in various business processes related to resource mobilization in the solar energy sector. - Support donor engagement efforts by preparing briefs, concept notes, and presentations. - Assist in donor reporting and preparation of investment outreach materials. - Track funding opportunities, donor policies, and investment trends in the solar sector. - Conduct research on trends in climate finance, blended finance, and solar energy investments. - Provide support to the SolarX Startup Challenge team in conducting the challenge, including preparing concept notes, presentations, and profiles. - Coordinate activities, schedule meetings, and ensure smooth communication among stakeholders. - Conduct research on innovative solutions, financing and market trends, and emerging technologies in the solar energy sector. - Help in preparing documents for the RM unit and provide event support. - Coordinate with colleagues to ensure tasks are delivered consistently and to required standards. - Bachelor's degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Management, or Business Administration. - Proficiency in software applications such as MS Office, Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in solar/climate/donor partnerships, development, or multilateral organizations. - Knowledge in resource mobilization, strategy development, proposal writing, presentation development, donor reporting, and database management. - Strong research, analytical, communication, presentation, and report drafting skills. - Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with diverse teams. - Demonstrated persistence, calmness under pressure, and ability to meet deadlines. - Previous experience in an international organization is preferred.,
