What would you do?
You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation Process of embarking on a journey where the importance of technology as a source of innovation has been identified as a critical success factor for increased market competitiveness. Reflecting the importance of technology in business consideration of improving business value by working on technological aspects of the product or services. It requires understanding of combination of different technologies, their integration and interaction that makes the product or service
What are we looking for?
- Gather and qualify requirements from business users and clients for F&A product implementation. Ensure acceptance criteria and arrive at a solution blue print.
- Commit to solution cost and schedule and obtain stake holder buy in.
- Deliver to plan and ensure & monitor client service deliverables to attain contractual service levels and compliance
- Manage the project financial to ensure the cost vs. recovery is aligned
- Oversee customer escalation management and ensure timely resolution and share the voice of the customer to other stakeholders
- Create, maintain and utilize delivery and sales assets that are relevant to demonstrate thought leadership, and/ or reduce delivery effort and timelines.
- Overall 15+ years of experience
- Good exposure in F&A domains e.g. P2P, O2C and R2R
- Project and product lifecycle management experience is an added advantage.
- Significant and varied technology implementation experience in F&A landscape for large clients
- Experience in implementation of third party products Blackline, HighRadius, Sidetrade, Esker etc. working closely with vendor would be highly desirable
- Should have understanding of emerging technologies like generative AI and Agentic from F&A perspective. Roles and Responsibilities:

- Ability to work independently to plan and execute the implementation by working with client, operation team and vendor.
