Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Program Producer in our media production team. The Program Producer is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of media content from concept to completion. Working closely with writers, directors, editors, and production teams, the Program Producer ensures that content meets creative objectives, production standards, timelines, and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development:

• Collaborate with creative teams to develop program concepts, scripts, and storyboards.
• Research topics, guests, or story angles to ensure engaging and factual content.

Production Management:

• Oversee all aspects of production, including scheduling, crew coordination, location scouting, and equipment booking.
• Supervise shoots and recording sessions to ensure smooth execution and adherence to creative vision.

Post-Production Oversight:

• Work with editors and post-production teams to shape the final product.
• Review and approve rough cuts, provide feedback, and ensure delivery deadlines are met.

Budget and Resource Management:

• Develop and manage production budgets.
• Allocate resources efficiently to maximize production value within budget constraints.

Team Leadership:

• Coordinate across departments, including camera, sound, lighting, and set design.
• Lead production meetings and ensure effective communication among team members.

Quality Control:

• Ensure all content complies with broadcast standards, brand guidelines, and legal regulations.
• Maintain high standards of storytelling, audio-visual quality, and audience engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in television, digital media, or film production.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in production tools and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Knowledge of industry trends and audience engagement strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
