About the Role

PolitEnt Media is looking for a creative Entertainment Program Producer to drive our digital-first storytelling across web shows, infotainment, celebrity features, and original entertainment formats. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating fresh, engaging content for YouTube, OTT, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop original entertainment concepts including web series, talk shows, and short-format digital programs.

Work with creative writers, anchors, and production teams to bring stories to life.

Manage shoots, post-production workflows, and ensure high-quality output for digital release.

Stay on top of digital entertainment trends to keep programs innovative and audience-driven.

Track performance across platforms and refine strategies for reach and engagement.

Expertise Required

Proven experience producing digital entertainment content.

Strong storytelling, scripting, and creative ideation abilities.

Knowledge of pop culture, cinema, and digital trends.

Familiarity with digital publishing, influencer collaborations, and audience engagement tactics.
