Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with STAIRS’ Sports coordinators & other program-led Stakeholders.
  • Plan and manage outreach to schools, colleges, and universities for tournaments and championships.
  • Coordinate tournament planning and execution.
  • Maintain clear communication, documentation, and tracking of event progress.
  • Ensure timely reporting, data collection, and follow-ups from ground teams.


Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in sports operations, school/college outreach, or event/tournament management.
  • Understanding of the existing Sports Federation and Administration norms.
  • Experience in running academies or working in state sports associations or federations. 
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and field teams.
  • Must be based in or near

    South Delhi

    and comfortable with regular field visits.
  • Familiarity with the grassroots sports ecosystem is a plus.
