Job Summary:

Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs involving multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
Define program scope, goals, deliverables, dependencies, and success criteria.
Manage budgets, resources, and timelines across the program lifecycle.
Ensure alignment of program objectives with business strategy and goals.
Identify and manage program-level risks, issues, and change requests.
Provide leadership and direction to project managers and cross-functional teams.
Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders and sponsors.
Monitor program performance and report on key metrics, milestones, and benefits realization.
Develop and maintain program documentation, dashboards, and status reports.
Ensure compliance with internal processes, governance frameworks, and quality standards.
