As a Program Manager for Skill Development & Livelihood at Dev Rishi Educational Society, your primary responsibility will be to manage and implement RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) and Skill Development Programs. To excel in this role, you should hold a Post Graduate or Graduate degree in Social Sciences, Rural Development, or Management with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Skill Development sector. It is essential to have a proven track record in planning, coordinating, and successfully implementing RPL training programs. Candidates with experience in multi-state projects will be given preference. Strong communication, mobilization, reporting, and coordination skills along with proficiency in MS Office are crucial for this position. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, manage, and oversee RPL and skill development projects in accordance with guidelines. - Coordinate with various stakeholders for approvals and successful implementation. - Ensure efficient execution of field operations while adhering to project timelines and standards. - Prepare project plans, progress updates, and periodic reports for management and funding agencies. - Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with donor and organizational requirements. - Build and maintain effective coordination with various stakeholders as project partners. - Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth program operations. - Ensure adherence to quality benchmarks and project deliverables. - Support evaluation and impact assessment activities related to RPL programs.
