Program Manager - Shiksh graha

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of program activities to ensure alignment with overall goals and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with government departments, NGOs, and community-based organizations for smooth and effective implementation.
• Support the design and rollout of school and community-level initiatives focused on promoting gender equity and inclusive education.
• Facilitate capacity-building sessions for teachers, facilitators, and local stakeholders on core program themes.
• Organize and manage community engagement efforts such as awareness campaigns, public dialogues, and local workshops.
• Conduct regular monitoring visits and use digital tools to track progress, identify gaps, and strengthen gender-responsive practices in schools.
• Manage program data systems, analyze insights, and contribute to documentation, learning cycles, and adaptive planning.
• Ensure effective coordination across teams, partners, and geographies to maintain alignment, accountability, and project momentum.

• Must have 4+ years of progressive experience in program design, implementation, and leadership in the development sector.
• Strong understanding of systems-level change, particularly in public education or government-led programs.
• Demonstrated experience in managing diverse teams, government partnerships, and adaptive strategies.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to hold complexity and ground decisions in field realities.
• Willingness to travel on a need basis.
• Willingness to learn in the face of uncertainty and difficult situations.
• Must have effective planning skills and time-task management.
• Must have a good command of Hindi and English (Read and Write).
