We’re looking for a dynamic and compassionate Program Manager – School Partnerships to lead the planning, implementation, and success of our work in partner schools across India.

Your Role

Program Manager

• Own end-to-end program management across schools—from onboarding to execution to evaluation
• Serve as the primary point of contact with school leaders, academic heads, and coordinators
• Design meaningful implementation plans, guide schools through change processes, and ensure fidelity to Curriculture’s philosophy
• Lead and mentor facilitators/trainers to deliver workshops, trainings, and classroom integration
• Monitor progress, track deliverables, and report impact data and learnings from the field
• Adapt content and approach to schools’ contexts—including rural, urban, government, private, and alternative learning environments
• Collaborate cross-functionally with curriculum, design, research, and operations teams
• Be the voice of possibility, grounding ancient wisdom into modern systems in ways that feel real and relevant

Required Qualifications & Experience

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Development Studies, Social Work, Psychology, School Leadership, or related fields
• B.Ed/M.Ed preferred; understanding of NEP 2020 and India’s curricular reforms is essential

Professional Experience

• 6+ years in program implementation, school partnerships, or educational project management
• Prior experience managing education programs in NGOs/ed-tech/startups or with CBSE/ICSE/state/alternative schools
• Experience working with educators and school leadership at both strategy and implementation levels

Key Skills and Competencies

• Project & Program Management:

   Ability to plan, execute, monitor, and close programs within deadlines and budgets

• Stakeholder Management:

   Empathy-driven relationship building with principals, teachers, and school communities

• Effective Communication:

   Fluency in English and at least one Indian language is essential; strong documentation and reporting skills

• People Leadership:

   Lead facilitators and trainers with clarity, care, and confidence

• Cultural Sensitivity:

   Deep curiosity and respect for India’s cultural and educational diversity

• Digitally Enabled:

   Comfortable using tools like Google Suite, project management platforms, and basic data dashboards

• Problem Solving:

   Calm under pressure, solutions-first mindset, and the ability to turn challenges into design opportunities
