Job title: Program Manager Job Location: Bangalore Essential Qualication: Post Graduate in any discipline, preferably in social work or an MBA from a reputed institute. Essential Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience in project/program management in a foundation/non-prot/philanthropy. Exceptional candidates from corporates, willing to make a switch to the social sector will also be considered. Data and MIS Management o o Design and lead data and MIS initiatives for the Foundation. Translate the Monitoring & Evaluation Framework into comprehensive MIS reports. o Drive operational excellence and rigor across all programs using data-driven insights. 2. Task and Tracker Maintenance Update and maintain all Foundation trackers related to Operations, Finance, HR, o Audit, and Compliance. 3. Internal Coordination o o o Ensure seamless internal coordination within the Foundation. Provide timely updates, reminders, and reports to the Foundation Head. Support internal reviews and meetings as required. 4. Project Leadership
o o Lead projects related to community health and workplace health interventions in strategic locations. Interface with business leadership to secure support and resources for program success. o Oversee project execution through direct supervision of assigned project leads. Requirements: 5-8 years of experience in project management, data management, MIS, and visualization. ¢ Strong prociency in data monitoring, visualization tools, and automation techniques. Proven track record of implementing and managing complex projects with partners. Excellent negotiation, organizational and leadership skills with a focus on operational eiciency. Overall, we are looking for an energetic, analytical and passionate young professional who is driven and self-motivated. The incumbent should be a team player and have the ability to work with diverse teams. She/he should enjoy working in a fast paced, volatile, start-up like environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills (Especially in English) and strong presentation skills are needed for the role including the ability to communicate and engage with senior internal & external stakeholders. The incumbent must have the drive and will to work on the ground with vulnerable communities including in remote and hard to reach areas.
