Job Description

As a PMO Planner, your role will involve managing RAID logs to accurately track and resolve risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies. You will be responsible for generating and distributing programme status reports to provide insights into progress, performance, and areas of concern. Your day will also include maintaining the overall programme plan and ensuring alignment with programme timelines. Coordinating with workstreams to integrate individual milestones and activities into the master plan will be crucial. Additionally, you will oversee programme plan management, facilitate communication and collaboration between programme teams, monitor progress against the programme schedule, and facilitate effective resource allocation and utilization across the programme. Qualifications Required: - Experience in PMO planner, with a background in managing multiple workstreams and a global footprint, with at least 5 years of experience. - Experience in ERP and/or SAP implementation is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project and Teams. - Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
