Program Manager Officer (PMO) Planner/Analyst

As a PMO Planner in Delhi NCR with a UK Shift Hybrid Role, your day will involve managing RAID logs to ensure accurate tracking and resolution of risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies. You will be responsible for generating and distributing program status reports, providing insights into progress, performance, and areas of concern. Maintaining the overall program plan and aligning it with program timelines will be crucial. You will coordinate with workstreams to integrate individual milestones and activities into the master plan, as well as oversee program plan management to ensure alignment with timelines and objectives. Coordinating RAID items impacting planned milestones, facilitating communication and collaboration between program teams, monitoring progress against the program schedule, identifying and addressing potential delays or conflicts, and facilitating effective resource allocation and utilization across the program are key aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should have experience as a PMO planner with multiple workstreams and a global footprint for at least 5 years. Experience in ERP and/or SAP implementation is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project and Teams. Your ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be critical for success in this role.,
