Position: Program Manager – New & Emerging Business

Location: Goregaon (Mumbai) - 5 days a week

Role Objective:

Lead the development and expansion of strategic COEs, with the AI Innovation Lab as the primary focus, driving innovative practice areas including CRO, ASO, YouTube SEO, Paid Marketing, Website development, Content Marketing and Premium Link building. The role has direct revenue growth responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and launch the AI Innovation Lab as the flagship COE practice, overseeing strategy, execution, and performance.
• Develop and scale additional COEs (CRO, ASO, YouTube SEO, Paid Marketing, Website development, Content Marketing and Premium Link building), building expert teams, and driving adoption across the organization.
• Define and execute go-to-market strategies for each COE, collaborating with sales, product, and marketing.
• Set and own revenue targets for all practice areas, ensuring consistent growth and profitability.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions, manage resource allocation, and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, AI innovation, and digital best practices to maintain thought leadership and competitive advantage.
• Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external vendors.
• Measure, report, and communicate performance metrics for each COE, recommending improvements and scaling successes.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, AI initiatives, or innovation labs.
• Track record of strategic program management, COE or practice area expansion, and revenue achievement.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage cross-practice collaborations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for building and scaling innovative solutions.

• Revenue growth against targets
• Client adoption rates across COEs
• Innovation outputs and process optimizations

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Prior experience in scaling a digital agency or marketing services or AI services company.
