Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead Microsoft-focused initiatives in enterprise-scale Zero Trust programs. You will manage stakeholders, escalations, and program governance to drive large-scale transformation.
Requirements:10-12 years of experience in IT program management.Proven track record in Microsoft technology governance.Experience aligning projects with enterprise security frameworks.Technical Skills:Expertise in Microsoft technologies and Zero Trust frameworks.Strong stakeholder management and escalation handling.Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, PIM.Responsibilities:Govern Microsoft-specific program scope and ensure timely delivery.Report to stakeholders and manage escalations effectively.Align program initiatives with enterprise-wide Zero Trust strategy.Soft Skills:Strong leadership and communication skills.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Ability to mentor teams and manage cross-functional collaboration.
