Program Manager Mentorship Platform

Role Overview

The Program Manager Mentorship Platform will own the end-to-end execution of Impacteers’ mentorship programs and platform. This role is responsible for translating strategy into action, driving cross-functional collaboration, and building scalable, data-driven processes that deliver high-quality mentor and mentee experiences with measurable outcomes.

This is a high-ownership role suited for someone who combines execution excellence, process thinking, funnel optimization, and analytical rigor in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Program Execution
• Own the complete lifecycle of the Mentorship Platform—from program design and cohort planning to execution, monitoring, and closure
• Translate organizational goals into clear program plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Ensure timely and high-quality execution of mentorship cohorts and engagements
• Process Design & Operational Excellence
• Design, document, and continuously optimize end-to-end processes for mentor onboarding, mentee onboarding, matching, engagement, reviews, and closures
• Build scalable workflows to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality across mentorship programs
• Establish SOPs, trackers, and documentation to support smooth and repeatable execution
• Journey Ownership (Mentor & Mentee)
• Own and improve mentor and mentee journeys across all touchpoints
• Ensure clarity, transparency, and a high-quality experience from onboarding through program completion and feedback
• Identify journey gaps and friction points and proactively implement improvements

Funnel & Engagement Optimization

• Own funnel performance across mentor sign-ups, mentee applications, matching, engagement, and completion
• Track and analyze key funnel metrics such as sign-up-to-match, match-to-engagement, and engagement-to-completion ratios
• Identify drop-offs and design data-driven interventions to improve engagement and outcomes
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Community, Marketing, Tech, and Operations teams to drive aligned execution
• Collaborate with marketing and community teams to improve mentor and mentee acquisition and engagement quality
• Partner with tech and operations teams to enhance platform workflows, tools, and automation
• Data, Tracking & Analytics Ownership
• Design analytics frameworks to track program performance, engagement, and outcomes
• Monitor key metrics including cohort completion, engagement levels, turnaround time, and satisfaction scores
• Prepare regular reports, insights, and recommendations for leadership
• Team, Mentorship & Stakeholder Management
• Manage interns, fellows, or junior team members supporting the mentorship platform
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to meet program goals
• Play an active role as both mentor and mentee, fostering a culture of learning, ownership, and continuous improvement

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in program management, operations, community programs, or platform-based initiatives
• Proven experience owning end-to-end program execution and process design
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with mentorship, learning programs, or community platforms is a strong plus
