About the Role

We are seeking a skilled DBA Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance database architectures aligned with ERP projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with database development, architecture design, and delivering enterprise-grade ERP solutions, with at least 10-15 years of experience in database management, development, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Design & Strategy: Develop and oversee the implementation of scalable, reliable, and secure database architecture solutions to support ERP systems and enterprise applications.
• ERP Integration & Data Migration: Collaborate with ERP and system integration teams to ensure smooth data migration, system integration, and real-time database performance tuning.
• Database Development & Optimization: Lead the design of database schemas, data models, and performance tuning initiatives to optimize ERP data processes and overall system efficiency.
• Security & Compliance: Establish data governance, security protocols, and backup/recovery strategies aligned with organizational and regulatory standards. Cloud & Hybrid Environments: Support deployment strategies involving cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for ERP databases, ensuring high availability, disaster recovery, and scalable solutions.
• Technical Leadership & Standards: Define best practices, standards, and guidelines to ensure high-quality database design, integration, and performance across multiple projects.
• Collaboration & Mentoring: Work closely with development, DBA, and support teams, providing guidance on database architecture solutions, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10 to 15 years of experience in database architecture, development, and administration.
• Proven experience working on ERP projects with extensive database architecture involvement.
• Strong expertise in relational databases like PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, and cloud-native databases such as Amazon RDS, Azure SQL, or similar.
• Experience with data modeling, normalization, schema design, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and hybrid database deployments.
• Familiarity with database security, compliance, and data governance.
• ERP architecture experience, including designing systems that connect with CRM, BI, and external partner integrations.
