Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Program Manager with 5-12 years of experience to manage complex customer projects from design and development to production, ensuring end-to-end delivery responsibility and customer delight. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing programs and delivering excellence.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage complex customer projects from design and development to production, ensuring end-to-end delivery responsibility.
Interface and engage with customers at a strategic level, meeting current project requirements and forecasting needs or issues.
Ensure timely completion of all customer feedback processes and define resources and schedules for program implementation.
Oversee the launch of multiple projects from concept to delivery, aligning with various stakeholders and communicating effectively with multi-country, multi-culture teams.
Contribute to the industrialization drive of the company and foster a culture of delivering more value for less.
Build mechanisms for individuals and teams to innovate and reward such actions continuously.
Ensure overall program delivery is within budget, up to quality standards, and on schedule.
Ensure compliance with internal and client-driven quality and compliance norms across multiple projects.
Support and cultivate a culture of completing documentation and reviews, particularly post-project knowledge management.
Create and maintain program-level dashboards to enable effective project management and promote teamwork, motivating, mentoring, and developing subordinates while managing conflicts within the teams.
Align with multiple units across the company and offshore/offshore teams to create effective value chains for customers.
Ensure skillsets in the team are built with necessary certifications and play the role of Mentor and Coach, assessing and developing technical/professional capabilities.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in program management or a related field.
Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in managing budgets and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications are an added advantage.
