Program Manager, Global Repair Operations

As a Program Manager at Google, you will have the opportunity to work on complex, multi-disciplinary projects spanning various locations and time zones. By analyzing performance data, you will identify areas for improvement, develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, and optimize costs. Collaboration with both regional and global teams will be essential to create programs that elevate the overall customer support experience. A successful candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in program or project management. Additionally, experience in operations management, vendor management, process improvement, and supply chain management is desired. Candidates with a background in the consumer electronics industry and a strong track record in driving cross-functional initiatives will be preferred.
