Job Description

We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Program Manager who will independently manage critical business initiatives and ensure successful execution. This role demands strong problem-solving abilities, superior analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to achieve results. You will be responsible for optimizing the P&L and margins for your verticals, using data-driven insights to guide decision-making. If you thrive in managing complex programs independently and have a strong data orientation, this role will be a perfect fit. Key Responsibilities : Independently manage the execution of critical programs, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet business objectives. Utilize strong analytical skills to derive insights from data, monitor program performance, and make data-driven recommendations for business improvements. Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and provide actionable recommendations to improve operational effectiveness and financial performance. Take ownership of the financial performance for your verticals, managing and optimizing margins while contributing to the P&L. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and timely delivery of initiatives. Use advanced Excel skills to manipulate, analyze, and visualize data for reporting and decision-making. Leverage R/Python for advanced data analysis and process automation (preferred but not mandatory). Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for your programs and report progress to senior management through data-driven dashboards and insights. Contribute to financial strategy by working with finance and accounting teams to track and manage financial goals. Key Requirements : BTech/BE or a degree in Finance, Economics, or CA (or equivalent educational background). 2+ years of experience in program management, independently solving complex business problems and driving the execution of key initiatives. Strong analytical and data skills, with the ability to interpret and present data to influence decision-making. Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, macros, etc.) for data analysis and reporting. Knowledge of R/Python for data analysis and automation is a plus. Experience in finance/accounting or familiarity with financial data will be an added advantage. Proven ability to independently manage and execute critical initiatives, coordinating across multiple teams to achieve business goals. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
