Program Manager, Digital Transformation & Strategic Reporting

As a Program Manager, Digital Transformation & Strategic Reporting at USV, you will play a crucial role in bridging the communication gap between the digital project portfolio and executive leadership. Your responsibilities will be divided into two main functions: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for: - Strategic Reporting: Creating and delivering clear, concise progress reports for key digital programs, presenting insights to various business functions, including the C-suite. - Digital Evangelism: Acting as an internal consultant to promote new digital transformation initiatives, helping stakeholders understand the benefits and building business cases for future projects. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Executive & Stakeholder Reporting - Design, implement, and manage a standardized reporting framework for digital projects. - Translate technical project data into business insights and deliver presentations for senior leadership. - Proactively communicate program status and recommend mitigation strategies. - Tailor communication for different audiences, from technical teams to executives. 2. Concept Selling & Change Management - Identify pain points and opportunities for digital transformation. - Develop the business case for new digital concepts and build consensus internally. - Act as a digital evangelist, demystifying new technologies and their practical application. 3. Program Governance & Oversight - Maintain a holistic view of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. - Facilitate collaboration between IT, business units, and vendors. - Track KPIs and business value realization for all programs. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. MBA with IT specialization. - 5-7+ years of experience in IT project/program management or technology consulting. - Strong knowledge of modern information systems, digital ecosystems, and enterprise architecture. - Proficiency with project management and reporting tools. - Core competencies in executive presence, communication, strategic acumen, influence, and analytical mindset. **Preferred (Nice-to-Haves):** - PMP, PgMP, or Agile certification. - Experience in management/IT consulting firms. - Direct experience with large-scale digital transformation projects. **Additional Details:** USV offers a strong digital projects portfolio and exposure to various enterprise digital platforms.
