Program Manager-Data Warehouse Development -Mumbai(Thane)

1. Communication Management

• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, business units, and leadership.
• Provide regular program updates, dashboards, and executive reports.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and address potential risks proactively.

1. Governance, Quality, and Compliance

• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are adhered to across projects.
• Monitor data quality, lineage, and consistency in collaboration with data stewards.
• Drive standardization and best practices in ETL and analytics processes.

1. Team Leadership & Vendor Management

• Lead cross-functional teams, including data engineers, ETL developers, analysts, and vendors.
• Manage relationships with third-party solution providers and consultants.
• Conduct performance reviews, mentoring, and training for project teams.

1. Domain Understanding

• General Insurance or any insurance domain

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong program/project management skills (preferably PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certified).
• Experience with

  Data Warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Teradata)

  and

  ETL Tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS, DataStage)

  .
• Proficiency in

  BI & Analytics tools

  (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, etc.).
• Familiarity with

  Cloud Data Platforms

  (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong understanding of

  data governance, quality, and compliance frameworks

  .
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 812 years of experience in

  data engineering, analytics, or ETL programs

  , with at least 35 years in a

  program/project management role

  .
• Experience in

  large-scale data platform implementations

  and

  BI reporting projects

  .

• Timely delivery of data and analytics projects within scope and budget.
• High stakeholder satisfaction with analytics outputs and reporting.
• Improved data quality, consistency, and adoption of BI dashboards.
• Efficient utilization of resources and adherence to data governance standard
