Program Manager

As an Assistant Manager for the Skill Project at Freedom Center in Kolkata, your role will involve leading and overseeing various skill training programs such as tailoring, beautician courses, spoken English, and computer education. Your responsibilities will include developing promotion strategies, managing batch operations, ensuring high educational standards, establishing graduation procedures, and building collaborations with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to promote the 3 Freedom Centers and their projects. - Ensure a minimum of 3 batches per project per center with batch sizes of 60-80 students. - Oversee the execution of all skill training programs to maintain high educational standards and successful outcomes. - Establish graduation and certification procedures for trained students. - Build relationships with local businesses, community leaders, and educational institutions to expand the center's impact. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree (preferable) with experience in program management. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
