We're looking for a Program Manager, Business Analytics a sharp operator who brings structure to marketing, sales, and customer success data, translating numbers into stories and action. you'll build and own dashboards, deliver actionable monthly/quarterly reporting, and partner closely with leaders across Marketing, Sales, and CS. You won t just track performance; you'll dig deep, ask the uncomfortable questions, and flag issues before they become fires.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Demand Analytics
1. Generate and analyze inflow volume reports segmented by source/channel; highlight trends MoM/QoQ/YoY.
2. Build and maintain dashboards for leading and lagging indicators across demand programs.
3. Evaluate post-campaign performance with minimal prompting and clear recommendations.
4. Proactively flag inflow anomalies and forecast potential SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) gaps.
5. Partner with Marketing and BDR teams to surface, contextualize, and communicate insights.
Sales Funnel Analytics & Insights
1. Deliver end-to-end funnel reporting from deal creation through Closed Won/Lost.
2. Perform cohort analysis (by industry, deal source, segment, etc).
3. Benchmark and present insights on qualification accuracy and pipeline drop-offs.
4. Regularly brief Sales leadership on rep performance, deal health, and pipeline risks.
Customer Success Analytics & Retention
1. Track implementation progress, flag delays, and report on project timelines.
2. Maintain accurate CRM data for renewals, ownership, and deal values.
3. Identify and validate churn signals by deal type, industry, or segment; provide closed-loop feedback to Sales on deal quality and misfit accounts.
4. Own reporting on NRR, retention, and account health by segment.
Experience
1. 3-6 years experience in Business Analytics, Program Management, RevOps, Sales/Marketing/CS Ops, or adjacent roles.
Strong Technical Chops
1. Deep experience with reporting, data analytics, and dashboarding tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
2. Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
3. Proficient with SQL; experience with data pipelines (ETL, dbt, Airflow, etc) is a plus.
4. Comfortable working with large datasets able to audit, clean, and synthesize data independently.
Business Acumen
1. Strong understanding of the GTM funnel and business performance metrics across Marketing, Sales, and CS.
2. Ability to balance speed vs. depth moves fast when timelines are tight, but knows when deeper analysis is required.
Soft Skills
1. Proactive and outcome-oriented; unafraid to chase answers and push for clarity.
2. Comfortable working in a flat hierarchy collaborates cross-functionally and constructively challenges assumptions.
3. Able to juggle multiple analytical and reporting initiatives; thrives in ambiguity.
4. Excellent communicator translates complex analysis into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5. Strong bias for action brings solutions, not just observations.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience building or maintaining data pipelines, or supporting large-scale analytics initiatives. Prior experience in B2B SaaS, high-growth startups, or fast-paced environments.
2. Exposure to modern Marketing, Sales, and CS tech stacks (HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, Gainsight, etc).
3. Demonstrated track record of influencing strategy through data-driven insights.
