Job Description

Role & responsibilities We are looking for a seasoned Project Lead to drive key initiatives in the banking and fintech space. This role involves leading a team of 1+2 or 1+3 members, overseeing project execution, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize business outcomes. The ideal candidate should have expertise in product strategy, acquisition, credit risk, card engagement, and CVP (Customer Value Proposition) benefits. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team, ensuring efficient project execution and goal alignment. Develop and implement product strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement. Oversee credit risk assessment and risk mitigation strategies. Enhance card engagement programs to improve usage and retention. Design and optimize CVP benefits to strengthen customer loyalty. Work closely with stakeholders to align fintech and banking solutions with business objectives. Utilize data science proficiency to drive data-driven decision-making and predictive analysis. Required Skills & Experience: 7-8+ years of experience in banking, fintech, or financial services. Strong knowledge of credit risk, product strategy, and customer acquisition. Experience in card engagement and loyalty programs. Hands-on experience or understanding of data science techniques (e.g., analytics, predictive modeling, AI/ML applications in finance). Ability to drive strategic initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience leading a team in a banking or fintech setup. Exposure to AI/ML-based credit risk models. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in financial services.
