Job Description

Role: IT Recruiter

Min Exp : 3 - 6 yrs

Work Day : Monday Friday

Type: Permanent Role

Location: Bangalore

Key responsibilities:

Delivering on IT requirements of our clients
Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial screening, sourcing the profiles, interviews, offers, joining formalities for IT requirements
Use job boards, Internet sourcing, social media and other modes to source candidates for Client
Responsible for identifying and mapping the external talent pool towards critical positions and create a strong succession planning pool
Client handling and Client Management experience is compulsory
Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment for Contract Staffing
Track daily recruiting activities and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates
Meet monthly targets

Desired Skills:

Proven experience in IT Recruitment
Mandatory experience in IT Recruitment and contractual staffing
Excellent Communication Skills
Hands on Experience in Naukri portal
Self-starter, Self driven with an assertive, Can-Do, GO-GETTER attitude
Cold Calling, Mapping, Sourcing, Screening
Negotiation Skills
Excellent with social media and all job portals

Qualification

Any Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university/college is preferred.
